University of Student Athletes is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, so gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Check with your tax advisor about your own situation.

Yes. Every donor receives a written receipt. For gifts of $250 or more, the receipt is the written acknowledgment the IRS requires, stating the amount and that no goods or services were given in exchange.

Yes. You can sponsor a kid, a classroom, gym equipment, cafeteria equipment, or the facility. Your gift is used for the fund you choose. If that need is already met, we contact you before using your gift elsewhere.

Yes. Choose "A business" on the pledge form and tell us how you'd like to be recognized. Final project budgets, naming opportunities, and recognition terms are set individually with each sponsor.

Yes. Choose "Monthly" when you pledge. Recurring gifts can be cancelled at any time.

Send a pledge from the Donate page or email us, and we'll reply with mailing instructions.

No. Our pledge form never asks for card or bank details, and online card payments are handled by a payment processor, not stored by us.

No. Sports are one of the tools we use to teach teamwork, health, perseverance, and leadership. Students of every level are welcome.

Everyone who works with minors completes a background check and abuse-prevention training, and we follow a two-adult rule. Our full child-safety policy is on the Nondiscrimination & Child Safety page.
