Mission

University of Student Athletes (USA) develops K–12 students in Dallas–Fort Worth through academic support, mentoring, leadership, wellness, and multi-sport training.

Vision

Every young person, regardless of income or athletic ability, has a structured, safe place to grow as a student, athlete, and leader.

Values

• Student first: academics come before athletics.
• Character: discipline, integrity, and respect on and off the field.
• Access: need-based scholarships so cost is never the barrier.
• Safety: screened staff, clear policies, and transparent operations.

Governance

USA is governed by an independent volunteer Board of Directors that meets regularly, approves the annual budget, and maintains conflict-of-interest, whistleblower, and document-retention policies. Board member names will be listed here once finalized.
